What Is This Blob Of Skin

CONCLUSION

I grad in the mood for a final conclusion of our house building with Rensch house.

Bottom line: The

us liked:

- The expert advice of our local vendor, as he also has to contract several times brought us to the coals from the fire.

- The performance of our architect, who has not only timely, but also practical and traded within the meaning of our wallets. has

The construction crew, mounted our house - . They were thorough, fast, and also still very nice.

- The technical support of our site manager. We acted always had the feeling that he is very impartial (as far as that just goes in his position).

- The dry construction work was carried out carefully according to schedule. Also in the design of the rooms was often taken to consult us

- The plumbing and tile - without problems - no delays.

That was ok:

- The sampling - we felt good advice and had received no compromise. Sorry It often came before us as if we would pay disproportionately for the equipment much additional cost. Example A flat shower tray, the 96 € (net of course) costs extra charge - why not take something in the basic equipment?

Then we could do without:

- Our "personal" consultant was unfortunately a resounding flop. Neither he has introduced to us in person at the sampling (not by request), he was still within our reach. Either he was on leave or was "important" meetings. Taking it seriously - with the money we have left with Rensch - my other meetings are relatively unimportant.

- "Who gets the house complains faster" sounds funny ... but it is so.. This has been confirmed by one employee. A good man is stalled and the one who gets bangs the wall what he wants. As can also explain why our house was like the seller does not pass in August ready for occupancy, but only in mid-August has been made.

- The electrical equipment was more or less a disaster. Holes were wrong drilled, shutters connected wrong, wrong frame mounted, only an offer, then yes ... constantly mistakes have cost us the most nervous.
